As part of the Global Travel Retail team located in Hong Kong in the role of V.I.E - Digital & Customer Insights Analyst, you will support the evolution of the Traveler’s client marketing journey and will be responsible to conduct in-depth market and consumer analysis and support the client marketing initiatives and activities to develop a unique and focused Traveler’s journey. The length of this V.I.E assignment is 12 months and ideally starts in March-April 2023, the position is based in Hong Kong.





  • Leverage the client data and derive insights for business development purposes:
  • Support the Global Travel Retail team in accessing and analysing the global client data;
  • Leverage data and analytics to create dynamic dashboards (through Excel, Looker, Power BI etc.) for monthly sharing with the Global Travel Retail Community;
  • Closely monitor sales contribution and performance to identify opportunities for the Maison.


  • Support the setup and development of an International Travelers Community:
  • Support the team in building and updating traveler behavior intelligence and client-centric strategies;
  • Derive behavioral insights through regular interactions with the Global Travel Retail experts and community;
  • Cultivate an online consumer insight community by allowing luxury shoppers and travelers to explore, develop and exchange through engaging and insightful topics;
  • Actively participate in the project through collaboration with different stakeholders internally and externally.


  • Contribute to the design of client activation journeys for travelers:
  • Participate to the design of dynamic and relevant activation corresponding to clients’ traveling journey;
  • Propose client activation strategy for travelers and returned clients and influence markets for implementation.

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Data Analysis, Business or Engineering
  • A first professional experience in an analytical role such as Business & Data Analysis, CRM, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and highly advanced abilities with data analysis and visualization tools (such as Excel, Access, Power BI, SAP Analytics)
  • Result orientated, self-motivated, dedicated, enthusiastic and energetic;
  • Able to work with all levels of people
  • Team player
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written)

  • Firstly, you will be engaging with an online video interview of 15min for us to assess your understanding of the position, and motivations;

  • Subsequently, you will be meeting with International Talent Acquisition team to dive deeper and assess your fit to this role;

  • Finally, you will be able to meet with the local Hiring Team (Local HR and Hiring Manager).

As a V.I.E in our subsidiary in Hong Kong, you will benefit from:
