As part of the Global Travel Retail team located in Hong Kong in the role of V.I.E - Digital & Customer Insights Analyst, you will support the evolution of the Traveler’s client marketing journey and will be responsible to conduct in-depth market and consumer analysis and support the client marketing initiatives and activities to develop a unique and focused Traveler’s journey. The length of this V.I.E assignment is 12 months and ideally starts in July-August 2024, the position is based in Hong Kong.






1. Anchor your role in marketing team with travelers insight:

  • Develop and reinforce data analytics capability leveraging on travelers sales data
  • Provide accurate and timely analytics support subject to requests from teams or markets
  • Participate in the management and development of the travelers’ community


2. Support in the client database management of 2 APAC travel retail boutiques

  • Be the key contact to boutique managers to provide support on all client related enquiries
  • Regular monitoring on the client KPI performance of the boutique by providing timely monthly reports, including CRM KPI, Client Satisfaction Barometer performance and CartierCare registration report
  • Take lead in the boutique animation plan via close collaboration with boutique managers and the commercial team
  • Take lead in the festive gifting arrangement to pamper our VIP clients


3. Support in the upcoming team projects

  • Participate in ad hoc studies subject to the needs of the business
  • Participate in projects by collaborating with our Digital team

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering
  • A first professional experience in an analytical role such as Business & Data Analysis, CRM, Consulting, etc.
  • Independent, initiative with strong analytical skills
  • Attentive to details, multi-tasking
  • Proficient in MS Applications with solid skillsets on Excel and PPT
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills

  • Firstly, you will be engaging with an online video interview of 15min for us to assess your understanding of the position, and motivations;

  • Subsequently, you will be meeting with International Talent Acquisition team to dive deeper and assess your fit to this role;

  • Finally, you will be able to meet with the local Hiring Team (Local HR and Hiring Manager).
