MAIN PURPOSE

 

 

Within the North Asia Regional Team, as a CSR & Transformation Project Coordinator V.I.E, you will be the sparring partner of the Operational department to deliver this transformation and boost business. The length of the V.I.E assignment is 12 months and ideally starts as soon as possible (from September 1st depending on visa requirements), this position is based in Hong Kong

 

Due to the actual challenges, business evolution, Cartier environment responsibilities & commitments, new Business model transformation to embrace customer centricity: Cartier management will accelerate transformation project to continue improving operations efficiency and CSR engagement, North Asia market including Operation and CSR department is embarking on a business model transformation to embrace customer centricity and boost business.

 

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? 

 

 

  • Implementation of a customer centric project:
  • Work closely with the Head of Department to build insights on customer segmentation and data capture. 

  • Support the Department Director directly by working cross-functionally with multiple departments in order to review and enhance expertise, knowledge and skill gaps to be addressed.  

  • Develop and implement detailed 3-year strategic & monitored plan for all markets.

 

  • Re-evaluation of operational management processes:
  • Evaluate operational activities in the market and initiate continuous improvement efforts to boost agility and increase productivity.

  • Collect, consolidate, and analyse performance and KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, rankings, market share…).

 

  • A Sustainable plan for the future 
  • Coordinate with different counterparts to execute project work as planned and revise as appropriate to meet expectations. 

  • Ensure project plan meets the agreed deadlines and objectives.

 

  • Timely execution of 3-year strategic plans North Asian markets:
  • Assist the Operation & CSR Department in the development & implementation of the 3-year transformation plan, in full coherence with the strategic plans. 

  • Create and manage a scorecard of progress and success.

  • Escalate issues if support is required to resolve.

  • Track financial performance of the transformations.

  • Build the communication plan to increase the awareness.

  • Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation. 

  • Support the implementation of the customer centric project, to offer a special experience to our customers (in strong partnership with retail and marketing departments)

  • Support the 3 years Boost plan project.

 

  • CSR Department and sustainability 
  • Identify metrics to measure progress tied to Cartier goals and sustainability initiatives.

  • Coordinate the development and maintenance of a dashboard and associated messaging to track progress and leverage data to continuously monitor, measure and enhance programs and initiatives.

  • Proactively research and identify emerging environmental, social, and economic issues and trends to improve the Cartier CSR commitments.

  • Identify and explore emerging areas and support the team in chasing new challenges, all while keeping a keen sense of prioritization that will allow us to deliver on our commitments.

  • Support human resources and department leads by developing content to support training and workshops. 

  • Follow market climate transition plans, analysing risks and complying with HQ, national and international requirements and regulations related.

  • Graduated from a Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related disciplines.

  • Similar professional experiences in transformation / projects in the Luxury and/or Fashion Industry.

  • A commitment to Cartier’s vision, mission and values.

  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong business acumen and negotiation appetite.

  • Strong analytical skills and rigor, and have a deep knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, SAP, some knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools (such as PowerBI) is a plus.

  • Ability to work and coordinate with strong organisation skills, with the ability to work pro-actively and autonomously.

  • Highly collaborative and team-spirited and love to work in an international environment.

  • High level of integrity, loyalty, and confidentiality.

  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively and consistently with multiple stakeholders from all hierarchic levels.

  • Collaborative skills which can help drive consistent, high-quality results while fostering a team environment.
