V.I.E - Business Analyst - Hong Kong

MAIN PURPOSE
As part of the Marketing & Communication team for Hong Kong & Macau, you will be reporting directly to the Marketing & Communication Director in the role of V.I.E - Business Analyst and you will support the team on Business & Marketing reports, performance analysis and intelligence. The length of this V.I.E assignment is 12 months and ideally starts in April-May 2023, the position is based in Hong Kong.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- SALES PERFORMANCE:
- Manage all the sales related reports (Daily Sales, Weekly Estimate, Monthly Final Results, Monthly Sales Summar, Adhoc requests from the Executive Committee);
- Analyse trends and drive insights for strategic planning and actions;
- Identify opportunities for growth for Hong Kong & Macau;
- Support on the sales budget and reporting process;
- MARKETING BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE:
- Create and update the product performance related reports (Monthly Marketing Reports, Product Dashboards);
- Set up KPIs with the different teams, track 360 results;
- Analyse the performance of Marketing activations and drive learnings by comparison with previous campaigns;
- Support the Marketing & Communication Management team for delivering Business Reviews for strategic meetings;
- Support the Executive Committee for the preparation of strategic planning;
- BUSINESS SUPPORT & PERFORMANCE:
- Work closely with key stakeholders (product management, client marketing, digital, network, e-commerce) to gather requirements and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights;
- Develop, implement, and maintain leading-edge analytic solutions, translating complicated problems into simple frameworks;
- Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity;
- Keep an eye for what drives business performance, investigate and communicate areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity;
- Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources;
- Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization.

As a Business Analyst, you will have a great opportunity to be an essential contributor in a dynamic team, working for the success of a first-class Luxury Maison under strong business acceleration and transformation. Graduated from a Master's in Business, Marketing or related disciplines, you already had similar professional experiences in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Marketing Performance, CRM, etc within an international environment. You demonstrate strong analytical skills and highly advanced abilities with data analysis and visualization tools (such as Excel, Access, Power BI, SAP Analytics). You are result orientated, self-motivated, dedicated, enthusiastic and energetic, and able to work with all levels within the organisation. A fluent English is required both spoken and written, an additional European language is a plus.
