POSITION SUMMARY

The Regional High Jewellery Coordinator, Asia is to support the team to grow the High Jewellery segment through transmission of Brand Heritage and historical information, knowledge and savior faire. 

 

 

HIERARCHICAL REPORT

The Regional High Jewellery Coordinator, Asia reports to Heritage Advisor - Asia

                                                                                                                               

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  •  

Complement and support HJ Business relations and growth

  • Follow up and build relations through education and sharing
  • Enhance the sale process and credibility of HJ / brand heritage / jewelry know-know by demonstrating strong impactful presentations
  • Support and coordinate work to build a digital and physical resource library of published public information on brand’s history and heritage as an easy point of access for Asian clients

Coordinate support for Heritage related activities

  • Follow up on arrangements for events, seminars, workshops, exhibitions
  • Co-ordinate and facilitate loans in the market during expositions  

 

Bridge the gap - Asian reference

  • Assist the team as bridge between Central and region on cultural elements (with reference to Chinese and Asian specificities)
  • Work collaboratively with Central team as well as regional markets to generate buzz for the Regional HJ hubs in Asia

 

 

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

 

  • Education :
    • Bachelor degree in Art History, Marketing, Communications or equivalent is preferred

  • Experience :
    • 1 to 2 years work experience in marketing and business development, either luxury field or other high-end industry will be a plus

 

  • Specific competencies :
    • Detail oriented and business sense
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Computer skills: proficient in Microsoft office, AS400 would be a plus

    • English (mandatory)
    • Cantonese (required)
    • Mandarin (required)
    • French (if possible)

 

  • Required interpersonal and behavioral competencies :
    • Proactive in attaining market, customer and competitor knowledge
    • Able to multitask, reliable, positive attitude and able to work under pressure
