The VIE CRM Analyst will join the dynamic Client Marketing team of Cartier in Hong Kong & Macay and will report to the Client Marketing Director. 





  • Analyze data and structure relevant information, in line with business indicators specific to the industry
  • Leverage multiple data sources and data tools to deliver customer analysis & reporting, with the aim of building reports, monitoring the performance of specific marketing campaigns and therefore info our stakeholders
  • Create different analysis through new data models/algorithms (e.g. predictive analysis, segmentation model, A/B testing)
  • Refine and translate business requirements to build campaign targeted audiences 
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, market studies and ad hoc requests



  • Support Client relation team with logistic and admin tasks management of vendors, invoice, finance follow up
  • Support boutique with logistic for client treatment and boutique animation 
  • Coordinate with Operations and internal team to manage gift stock, flow and delivery





  • University graduate in business, engineering, analytics
  • Minimum 3 years working experiences in an analytical role, with a track record of using data to generate insight and recommendations
  • Proven analytic skills, including mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization
  • Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations
  • Strong SQL or Excel skills with the ability to learn other analytic tools
  • Experience with analytics tools, such as Salesforce, Google analytics or BI platform such as Tableau or Qlik
  • Fluent in spoken & written English
  • Positive & energetic
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently 
  • High level of integrity, loyalty and confidentiality



  • Candidates between 18 and 28 years old
  • Nationals of Member States of the European Economic Area (EAA), who have fulfilled their national service obligations
