If so, we would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our team as a VIE of the International Talent Acquisition team.




As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in strengthening our recruitment practices and building strong talent pipelines. You will be responsible for supporting the worldwide HR & Sourcing teams to recruit successfully. In addition, you will participate in strengthening our university engagement activities and engaging with students through inspiring and valuable campus initiatives.





You will participate in the redesign of the recruitment candidate journey:


  • Contributing to the development and improvement of our talent acquisition practices by identifying best practices and continuous process improvement
  • Supporting the professionalization of the HR teams and talent sourcers on all the Talent acquisition practices to ensure excellence in recruitment and improve candidate experience
  • Staying informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices
  • Tracking and reporting on talent acquisition metrics


You will support external Sourcing and Talent Pipelining:


  • Partnering with the Talent Sourcing Community to integrate missing current and future skills into our recruitment planning and develop an effective pipeline of key talent
  • Participating actively in the development and deployment of recruitment talent programs, such as the Graduate Programs, to fuel succession plans
  • Designing innovative sourcing strategies across online, offline and social channels to attract talents, in close partnership with the Employer branding teams
  • Delivering market insights and intelligence by keeping up with industry trends
  • Leading projects in the development of our external candidate attraction, D&I and platforms that increase efficiency, improve candidate experience and help us engage with the best talent


You will strengthen our University Partnerships:


  • Identify together with local HR potential opportunities to engage with ongoing partnerships or cultivating and building new university partnerships
  • Support all engagement initiatives both online and offline from ideation to execution – roundtables, career fairs etc
  • Develop talent acquisition practices for young talent attraction (Campus recruitment)
  • Work closely with Employer branding to generate content for our internal and external media channels





  • Graduated from a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or Marketing, you possess prior experience in sourcing, recruitment, selection and assessment tools/methods, preferably in-house experience. You demonstrate ability to recruit for a broad range of positions at the international level
  • You have a deep understanding of university engagement and campus activities
  • You demonstrate excellent project management skills as well as strong oral and writing communication skills in English
  • You have the ability to work with global teams & cultures, in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. You must be team-oriented, have a positive attitude, and strong collaboration and networking skills
  • You possess good analytical & organization skills with the ability to work independently
  • You need to be Fluent English and competency in other languages would be a plus




Candidates between 18 and 28 years old who are nationals of Member States of the European Economic Area (EAA) and have fulfilled their national service obligations are eligible to the VIE Program.




As a VIE in our HQ offices in Switzerland you will benefit from :
