MAIN PURPOSE

 

 

As part of the International HR Team in the role of V.I.E - International Employer Branding Specialist - Geneva, your role will be to support the Employer Branding and International HR team in creating engaging employer branding content and ensuring a uniform brand presence. You will thus work cross-functionally with the HR Team (in particular with the Talent Acquisition), marketing communication and digital teams. You are creative and leverage your creativity, communication and project management skills to convey our employer brand to internal and external audiences. The length of this V.I.E assignment is 18 months and ideally starts in March 2023, the position is based in Geneva.

 

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

 

  • Work with the Human Ressources, Marketing and Communication teams to create engaging marketing content across a variety of internal and external channels (LinkedIn, intranet page, etc.);

  • Write, edit and publish engaging content, such as employee stories and HR articles;

  • Work closely with the social media team on planned and ad-hoc posts;

  • Manage external agencies;

  • Be able to handle fast deadlines and create content at a speedy pace to a high standard;

  • Use your previous experience to take ownership of projects.

As an International Employer Branding Specialist, you will have a great opportunity to be an essential contributor in a dynamic team, working for the success of a first-class Luxury Maison under strong business acceleration and transformation.

 

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, Communication (Internal or External), Public Relations, Journalism or Human Ressources;

  • Ability to plan, co-ordinate and react quickly to changes, to prioritize and manage your own workload;

  • Attention to detail;

  • Creative, resourceful and an open mindset towards continuous learning;

  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills;

  • Experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is a plus;

  • Excellent written and oral English language skills, another language is a plus.

  • Firstly, you will be engaging with an online video interview of 15min for us to assess your understanding of the position, and motivations;

  • Subsequently, you will be meeting with International Talent Acquisition team to dive deeper and assess your fit to this role;

  • Finally, you will be able to meet with the local Hiring Team (Local HR and Hiring Manager).
