WE WELCOME

 

Passionate and enthusiastic students curious about participating in the day-to-day office projects of high-end luxury brands in the jewelry, timepiece & accessories industries for 6 to 12 months internship starting between May and July 2024.

 

YOU WILL BE

 

immersed in our organization and Swiss culture, as well as involved in a full range of activity at Cartier.

As a member of the Client Experience & Programming Team, you will assist the Clienteling Project Manager in implementing the local clienteling strategy of Cartier Switzerland, with the objective to increase Clients’ acquisition, satisfaction & loyalty, within an omnichannel environment.

 

  • You will coordinate CRM gifts, managing stock levels and overseeing shipments to boutiques, ensuring accuracy, timely deliver, and efficient management of resources.

  • You will create and deploy both online and offline clienteling campaigns, in collaboration with regional teams, measure their impact and provide recommendations for the future.

  • You will ensure the enrichment, growth, and integrity of the client database by managing action plans and identifying clients and prospects opportunities.

  • You will follow-up and analyze the results of the clienteling activations and the in-boutique experiences, with a strong focus on Return on Investment. You will be involved in updating client data analysis and insights to report to the Client Experience Team, management and boutiques.

 

YOU ARE

 

  • Master’s degree in Business, Luxury or Computer Science and able to provide an internship agreement and available to start between May and July 1st, 2024.

  • Business fluent English and French skills are required, German is a plus.

  • Prior hands-on experience preferred in the luxury industry, with great attention to details and sensitivity to client needs & aspirations.

  • Strong analytical skills, experience with data management and familiarity with Salesforce, Looker, Power BI and HTML.

  • You have a good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and general affinity with systems.

  • Responsible and dependable with the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.

  • A proactive individual who is comfortable working autonomously, while also being a valuable team player working collaboratively with cross-functional departments.
