Cartier is looking into establishing a Centre of Excellence around some key business critical platforms and technologies that support our operations and go to market. The Salesforce Service Cloud Developer plays a key role in the Maison in supporting the key initiatives and products implemented on the Salesforce Platform.


  • You will be in charge of designing, implementing and evolving the features and solutions you create on the platform. The solutions you will conceive are going to be used globally and by the entire user community
  • With your technical expertise and in coordination with the rest of the team you will have a fundamental part in translating business requirements in future-proof technical solutions
  • Within the team you will monitor the success of the solutions you have deployed and constantly improve them by innovating together with the technology to solve business and technical needs

  • 5+ years of overall IT solutions experience with 3+ years on Salesforce landscape
  • Mandatory to have experience with Service Cloud projects
  • Experience in performing setup and developments on the Service Cloud console.
  • Experience in working with SFDC APIs, SOQL, SOAP or REST based web services, SQL, XML, and JavaScript
  • Experience working with Salesforce communities, Apex, SOQL, Visual Force, Lightning and Reports and Dashboards
  • Hands on experience with Apex programming
  • Good understanding of integration patterns and Salesforce capabilities when facing integrations with external systems
  • Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I are required certifications for this role



  • Strong background in Cloud Computing with specific focus on solution design at enterprise scale
  • Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies
  • Strong work ethic, resilient mindset and customer “obsession” are seen as assets.
  • Proven ability to build strong work relationships in order to create a positive team environment
  • Predisposition to problem solving and entrepreneurial mindset are seen as advantages in the position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and oral) both in English and in French
