Marketing Intern

Working closely to the Marketing Manager, the Intern will be part of Cartier Parfums Middle East 360 strategies. Being the coordinator of the region and mainly responsible of the Marketing animations in the POS, the intern will be also in charge of the Digital strategy and will be challenged on Merchandising Implementation.





  • Support-up and follow-up TR promo plan bookings with the Marketing Manager
    • Simulation with external agency
    • Back & forth between agency x HQ Paris x local Cartier Parfums team
    • Validation of samples and material + inspection of the local production
    • Full implementation/installation and follow-up with the supervisor
    • GWP, samples allocations
    • ROI check
    • Budget follow-up & negotiation
    • On-counter activations follow-up (search of artists/brief/mock-ups)
  • Participation in the creation of the 360 rings for every new launch




  • Follow up of merchandising guidelines and planograms per POS (<100 POS)
    • Local Market (10 countries to cover)
    • Travel Retail (11 countries to cover)
    • Boutiques (17 boutiques)
  • Personalization and follow up for all CAPEX projects (more than 20 this year : visuals/PLV to add etc.)
  • Personalization of each POS according to every launch product (15 launches in 2019/2020)
      • Travel Retail (47 POS in 11 countries)
      • Local Market (66 POS in 7 countries)
  • 2 days on the field (VM merch follow up, control, competition…) per month




  • Help with audit and evaluation of retailer websites
  • Implementation and follow up of the guidelines
  • Follow-up of the e-shops
  • Help in insuring the visibility of the Maison de Parfums on e-retailers social platforms
  • Follow-up of the www.cartier.ae and www.cartier.sa




  • Operational support on the Media & PR campaigns




  • Support in the development of CRM strategy with retailers




  • Relevant University Diploma in Marketing
  • A first working experience in Operational Marketing for a luxury brand is desirable
  • Experience and sensibility in the Perfumery industry
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • English fluent (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
  • Autonomous, team spirit, optimistic
