Regional Marketing Manager

At Cartier, our Marketing & Communication team is growing and we are seeking a Marketing Manager to join the team responsible for implementing the marketing strategy across MEIA region to support sustainable growth in the business. In this exciting role, the Marketing Manager is responsible for defining product strategy, in-line with international guidelines, to ensure specific adaptation to local context and opportunities & identify and launch pilot products within MEIA. 



Key Responsibilities: 

  • Particiate in the definition of the regional product strategic plan, market analysis, activity analysis, budget proposal and action plans in order to reach targeted budget. 
  • Collaborate with client, commercial and L&D teams to define cohesive action plans for the main strategic focuses. 
  • Identify key growth drivers and areas for potential growth in MEIA region.



Lead main product categories and convey specific product expertise

  • Animate and lead dedicated communities to drive the business and reinforce the level of knowledge of the sales team.
  • Revise sales forecasts on a monthly basis and collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure adequate product supply.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising team to define assortments and revise every 3 months and manage stock objective / quality of the stock Collaborate on pricing strategy.
  • Share weekly and monthly sales report and qualitative insights for key stakeholders.


Launch new products and develop specific exclusivities for the MEIA region

  • Define and orchestrate detailed 360 product launch roadmaps based on Maison’s strategy (eg: Consensus / Delivery of products / Allocation to different networks / Training / CRM initiative / ATL & BLT campaigns / Hot spot visibilities in boutiques etc.) and coordinate its implementation with all the departments
  • Define sales forecasts and assortments in collaboration with Merchandising and Commercial teams.
  • Brief HQ on specific product development exclusivities for the region.
  • Follow up on sales and provide specific recommendations.
  • Lead and pilot transversal taskforces based on business and branding opportunities.


Monitor market intelligence

  • Collect competitive intelligence.
  • Build on methodology, processes and scope for market research (based on pricing, networks, launch and brand strategy).
  • Provide qualitative feedbacks to Regional teams / HQ on market trend and product recommendations.
  • Monitor market pricing and provide feedback to Regional teams on product price setting.
  • Identify product and branding opportunities and create dedicated reports to HQ.


Team management

  • Lead and motivate the team to reach Maison’s image and expectations.
  • Give clear goal to direct reports to be able to focus on key priorities and reach objectives.
  • Develops their talent and capabilities through understanding each one’ strength and to enhance their abilities.

Fifth year college or university certificate


Required experience

8 years of experience in Marketing


Language abilities

Ability to read, write & speak English, Arabic & French are a “plus”
