MAIN PURPOSE

 

You are responsible for the brand development and warrant of the brand image within the UAE & India partner’s network.

 

To achieve your sales targets and ensure the highest level of service for each account under your control, you work on defining and implementing the strategic business plan and related budget.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Watch Specialist Business Development

 

To establish strong relationships with your partners and maintain brand direction and image for Cartier:

  • Take the responsibility of the design and implementation of the action plans to increase network sell out
  • Forecast accurately annual, quarterly, monthly & weekly revenue streams
  • Follow up on clients payments and credit limits compliance
  • Network development (identify new POS opportunities), deal with local partners to identify suitable locations and commercial terms

 

 

Sales

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets (Sell Out and Sell in)
  • Define target Assortments and Stock rotation per POS
  • Follow up sell out and stock on hand on weekly and monthly basis
  • Monitor back orders, replenishments and launch of novelties for all POS.

 

Marketing plan

  • Develop specific plans for each point of sales of the network as to ensure revenue growth in all watch segments
  • Update your clients with information on new products, and secure related orders
  • Implement various product launch plans as specified with Marketing Department

 

Point of Sales Operations

  • Act as “Booster BPO” for the Specialists Accounts: ensure compliant use of Booster by local partner; coordinate with Cartier Supply teams and IT teams to ensure accuracy of Booster at all time.
  • Ensure regular presence in your network to evaluate operations and monitor compliance to the brand guidelines in terms of visual merchandising, assortments etc
  • Lead & guide partner’s sales force
  • Follow up on the staff training within the network and on customer service policy implementations

 

Competitors Insight

  • Monitor the competition within the territory under your control, competitive products, pricing, network development (expansion and visibility).
  • Identify prospective clients within your area and compiles necessary information about their operations.

 

Travel Retail Boutique Management

  •  Define action plans to achieve boutique sales, image & service targets.
  • Recruit, coach & motivate boutique staff. Set individual and collective target/KPI.
  • In charge of boutique daily operations: stocks, VM displays, shipments follow-up, Booster use, CRM, reporting on nationality mix/competition
  • Develop CRM actions on loyalty, high-end, key events

 

 

JOB PROFILE 

Education:

MBA Graduate degree in a reputable university or equivalent

Required experience:
At least 5 years of experience in luxury. Significant experience in retail environment.

Technical skills / abilities:

  • Computer skills (knowledge of MS Word, Excel)
  • Knowledge of English. Others languages are a plus: Arabic and French
  • Ability to write reports

  • Self-starter with excellent communication skills.
  • Serious, proactive, mature and has the ability to handle and deal comfortably in a multinational environment.
