How will you make an impact?

As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the network strategy & sales performance for the UAE, being a key member of our UAE local ExCo and reporting directly to our Managing Director. You will lead all business operations related to Commercial Performance, Commercial Operations Excellence, High End and actively contributes to the development of wider commercial activities for the Maison within the UAE.  In addition, the Commercial Director will manage business performance, profitability, growth and optimization in all touchpoints (boutique, travel retail, fragrance & e-commerce) in line with the overall Maison strategy.  He or she will also support in the definition of the High-End strategy in collaboration with the Head of High-End EMEA region, and follow up on its implementation, development and achievement of targets & support closely the HE team and community in developing the High End business through clients portfolio expansion, GV development and SA identification and training though a dedicated High End academy
 

How will you experience success with us?                    

Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients - French or Arabic is a plus but not essential. You have strong leadership capabilities, with extensive experience leading large teams within the client facing industry. You have a strong passion and interest for luxury, with prior working experience in the luxury field with a strong knowledge of retail (direct & wholesale). It is preferable you have worked in the Middle East before, with an understanding of the UAE market, clients & retail trends.
