Client Treatment Executive 

 

How will you make an impact?

As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will be responsible for the development and enhancement of client treatment by providing creativity, organization and structure. You will contribute to the advancement of treatment by offering innovative ideas, ensuring standards are always met and providing support. You will build solid relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering transparent and effective communication, as well as demonstrate a strong proficiency in logistics and operational skills at a high level.

You will play an integral role in the UAE Client community and in the implementation of the Maison International Client Strategy.

 

How will you experience success with us?

Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English & Arabic, with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients. You will have a minimum of 2 years of related experience in CRM / Client Services / Client Development roles, previous experience in luxury will be preferred.  You will also have proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines and deliver multiple objectives at the same time.

You will have knowledge of retail, preferably in high-end luxury sector.
