The internship lasts 6 months and ideally starts in February-March 2022 in our Dubai office.
 


What are our expectations from you?


ASSIST AND SUPPORT THE REGIONAL CLIENT TEAM WITH:

 

Qualitative and quantative client insights: 

  • Engage in workshops to identify potential research areas and build a calendar of studies based on business requirements and select appropriate research methods
  • Coordinate with boutiques and market teams to select clients and invite them to attend interviews and focus groups
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing qualitative and quantative data 
  • Prepare presentations on studies insights and recommendations


VIP client experiences: 

  • Gather and benchmark competition trends around client activations and experiences
  • Support in identifying and designing new and innovative VIP experiences
  • Bring to life and execute fully bespoke treatments for our top clients
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of the gifting strategy for Middle East clients
  • Coordinate clients’ participation to international and regional high-end events

 

What you will learn:

  • Gain an understanding of the luxury market and clients in our region
  • Gain a holistic view on how we operate the client strategy
  • Develop your analytical and presentation skills
  • Take ownership of assigned projects

 

Who you are :

  • Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or business analytics or a customer insights/business administration related field 
  • Expert Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written/verbal English & Arabic language skills along with strong interpersonal and communications skills. (French is a plus)
  • Good organizational skills - you are on top of your tasks at all times and ensure alignment across all parties.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy and high volume work environment
  • Works well autonomously as well as in a team
  • A curious mind, with a high drive to succeed
  • Expert Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
