The Cartier Al Raya program is an immersive 12 month learning experience for Emirati talent that want to develop a career within luxury retail. Al Raya seeks to provide Emirati new joiners with a unique opportunity to understanding to learn the fundamentals of luxury retail, to develop soft skills, and gain an in-depth understanding of Cartier’s heritage, values and operations.

Candidate Profile:
- 2 – 4 years work experience in customer facing / customer service role
- Prepared to work in a retail role (Shift work, physically demanding)
- Team & culture fit within each Boutique
- Key attributes: Agility, Curiosity, Determination & Ambitious
- Client centric mindset
- Confident in a client facing role
