MAIN PURPOSE

 

The Campaign Manager is part of the Regional Client team and plays a key role in the implementation of our Client Relations strategy, aiming at enriching the overall client experience, driving client acquisition, and loyalty.

She/He is an expert in digital marketing automation and analytics and is pivotal to the transformation of our Client Activation activities. Her/His main objective is to deploy client activation campaigns and client journeys within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and manage their implementation across multiple markets. He/She will also monitor campaigns performance and recommend ongoing optimizations.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

CAMPAIGN & JOURNEY IMPLEMENTATION

  • Contribute to the design and localization of the client activation calendar for regional and market campaigns
  • Own the end-to-end implementation of multi-channel campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Work with region/market Client teams to identify campaign targeting and create segmentations and data extensions accordingly
  • Coordinate with Marketing/Communication/Brand Content teams and external agencies to develop and/or translate assets
  • Collect local markets specific requirements (e.g. new creative assets or adaptation of a central campaign) and follow up with relevant teams to ensure these are obtained in time for the campaign launch
  • Design and implement client journeys in close collaboration with the International Client Relations team and local Client teams; from linear to more complex journeys, including decision trees and triggers for omnichannel communication at the right points within the journey, to deliver an adapted and personalized customer experience

 

CAMPAIGN PERFORMANCE AND OPTIMIZATION

  • Closely monitor performance of all client activation actions and identify opportunities to improve performance 
  • Measure the engagement, the impact on sales and the return on investment by leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud and group analytics tool
  • Build reports and dashboards to provide visibility of campaign results to key stakeholders
  • Design and deploy A/B Tests; identify most effective practices and adjust future campaigns to achieve the desired KPIs in line with engagement and commercial objectives
  • Feedback to Market Client teams, Brand Content team, Marketing to adjust plans, targeting, assets, copy, etc.
  • Make recommendations to optimize all related processes with International teams, market teams, and our CRM agency based in London

 

SUPPORT AND UPSKILL MARKET TEAMS

  • Share best practices among the Regional Client Community and the Marketing & Communication Teams regarding client activation and digital marketing
  • Act as a subject matter expert and point person for all queries related to SalesForce Marketing Cloud 
  • Accompany Client Market teams in developing further knowledge and expertise in the capabilities of Marketing Cloud platform and support team members in completing their SalesForce certifications

 

 

Education:

  • Master’s degree from a Business School preferred

Required experience:

  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly Marketing Cloud
  • 3+ years’ experience in CRM with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ideally for a Premium Retailer
  • Salesforce Certifications: 
    • “Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist” is a must with solid practical experience 
    • “Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant” would be ideal 
    • “Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator” is a plus
  • Experience in campaign planning and assets preparation, covering multiple channels
  • Strong organizational skills and experience in managing multiple projects with multiple stakeholders
