MEDIA & DIGITAL INTERN

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist and support Media & Digital Senior Manager by compiling, delivering, preparing and coordinating operational aspects of campaign implementation.
  • Assist and support with the daily and operational tasks related with e-visibility in our partners digital platforms, by implementing new tools, coordinating, fasciliating and providing relevant content. Track, prepare reports and optimize based on insights.
  • Assist with the daily and operational tasks related with the maintenance, update and support of the platform which manages boutiques POS contact and relevant information.
  • Assist with the preparation of internal presentations, documentation and reports.
  • Assist with the operational tasks related with the shipment and tracking deliveries and maintenance and organiation of support documentation.
  • Assist with the operational tasks on internal communicatios activations and events (seasonal).

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor's Degree required. Communications, Marketing or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similiar position.
  • 1-2 years' experience in an office work enviornment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoship, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. French and Portuguese a plus.

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS / ABILITIES

  • Comfortable with data analysis and reports.
  • Superior planning and organizing skills; ability to prioritize and plan work activities; ability to multi-task.
  • Highly self-motivated with sharp attention to detail and strong focus on execution & rigorous implementation.
  • Adapts quickly to change and last-minute requests as needed.
  • Comfortable collaboarting across multifunctional teams.
