MAIN PURPOSE

 

The Supply Chain Project Manager main responsibility is to support the Mexico supply chain team in enhancing current processes, from Sales Operations to Supply & Demand Planning, in a context of hyper growth in a highly complex territory. She/He leads initiatives aiming to standardize and optimize processes and enhance efficiency. She/He implements KPIs and ensures best practices are gathered and shared across our operations teams in the region. 

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

      Key responsibility 1 – Process Excellence

 

Responsible for enhancing the supply chain processes to gain in efficiency, while ensuring compliance.Analyse and evaluate existing ways of working to identify areas for improvements.

Develop and implement process improvement strategies, and tools to drive operational excellence. Drive a culture of continuous improvement by promoting and facilitating process excellence initiatives. Notably, but not limited to the following:

    • Assortment revisions in collaboration with S&D, Marketing and Commercial Teams.
    • Watch Retailers firm orders integration into B2B System (Booster/Pega).
    • Communication on product deliveries, availability & shortages.
    • Consignment Invoicing Monitoring
    • Process Automation with Celonis
    • PR & Events Consignments.
    • Staff Sales.

 

 

     Key responsibility 2 – Merchandising & Key Account Management

 

Proactively monitors resources to anticipate and avoid shortages on all products categories, sellable (Jewellery, Watches, Accessories, Fragrances) and non-sellable (POSM).

Support the Regional Demand Planning Team with assortment revisions for Mexico.

Support the local team in weekly allocations to maximize usage of resources. Coordinate rotation of precious and exceptional creations within the network, Internal and External.

 

Responsible for handling of key accounts assigned, which includes notably:

  • processing orders, allocations, and confirmations
  • coordinating firm orders in collaboration with Cartier Operations
  • monitoring the stock and sales to identify opportunities.
  • ensuring proper merchandising via the Assortments settings and weekly replenishment

 

Key responsibility 3 – Supply Chain Manager

Temporary Maternity Coverage - 6 Months Mission

 

Team Leadership

  • Responsible for day-to-day management of the team locally (2 HC)
  • Ensure constant alignment on priorities and Maison strategy
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment that instill trust

 

Commercial Collaboration

  • Ensure excellent service to commercial teams and partners
  • Participate actively to weekly commercial meetings
  • Co-Lead the sales estimates
  • Support all events

 

Required experience:

 

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar position (Merchandising, Project Management, Sales & Operations)
  • Team Management experience required

 

  • Luxury Goods experience preferred

 

  • Hard Skills
  • Great understanding of the supply chain mechanics and processes
  • Advance Knowledge of Excel and Business Analysis
  • SAP OTC / PTP experience mandatory
  • Soft Skills
  • Fluent Spanish and English, French Preferred
