We are looking for open minded, client driven hospitality or customer experience professionals to join us in our beautiful Cartier Boutique in Brisbane on a fixed term contract from September through to March.

 

To be eligible you must hold working rights in Australia for a minimum of 6months and be available to work weekdays and weekends flexing up to Full Time hours over the Christmas period.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?  

With your exceptional client awareness and customer service abilities you will be instrumental in:    

  • Welcoming clients in to the boutique and supporting the team on managing wait times during peak periods
  • Assisting the Sales Associates discreetly with various tasks during a sale process
  • Ensuring an exceptional client experience at every relevant boutique touchpoint
  • Coordinating between Sales Associates and hospitality team
  • Gift wrapping & Personalisation of items (embossing, silk cords changes etc.)
  • Assisting with Care Service duties (bringing pieces to the floor, cleaning, hand polishing and shining etc.)
  • Leaving a positive last impressing on the client as they exit the boutique
  • Ensuring the boutique windows, counters, etc. are in a perfect condition at all times

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Previous experience in hospitality, hotels or other service orientated industries 
  • Exceptional organizational skills, communication skills and be detail orientated

  • The ability to quickly adapt to a fast pace environment
