KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Achievement

  • Strive to achieve sales targets to meet individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative
  • Track sales on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to ensure own targets are met
  • Monitor quota on all categories of product before closing the sales with client

 

Customer Service

  • Deliver a unique and exceptional client experience including sharing passion and values of the Maison
  • Master perfectly the sales ceremony (welcome, discover and understand, convince, close and develop) and strive to always improve and surprise the client(s)
  • Act as the privileged contact for the client(s) in case of After Sales
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and develops client loyalty to efficiently develops the client portfolio and executes targeted CRM and CS actions
  • Participate to client events and acts as an Ambassador of the Maison

 

Operations

  • Respect Maison and boutique policies and compliance
  • Ensure assigned operational tasks by the immediate Supervisor are completed timely and orderly, e.g. stock-take accuracy, stock preparation, monthly stock counting, stock arrangement, cleanliness of back of house
  • Participate to the implementation of Visual Merchandising
  • Assist with special projects when required

 

KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Minimum Bachelor degree (any field)
  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience preferable in Watches & Jewellery luxury retail
  • Strong team player
  • Highly motivated and fast-learner
  • Client service mindset and digital proficiency
  • Result-oriented and proactive
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent command in English and Thai. Proficient in Chinese is a plus
  • Well groomed, with a pleasant and dynamic personality
