Reporting to the S&O Assistant Manager, join us NOW as S&O Trainee for Cartier Thailand (minimum 6 months internship program)!

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?


Downstream Stock Management

Order and Shipment inquires

  • Liaise with boutiques and partners to achieve sales objectives: firm order taking, stock request
  • Monitor and manage incomplete orders such as boutique’s open/pending orders and wholesale’s backorders
  • Order cancellation in SAP system

Stock situation

  • Monitor stock coverage and missed sale from Internal Btq & External Btq and inform teams
  • Update supply chain news in monthly basis which included incoming novelty product, shortage, and best seller to Partner

Others

  • Responsible for regularly report weekly/monthly/yearly Stock reports: Partner Consignment’s serial number report, strap’s order report , inventory report, RSV – reservation aging etc.
  • Provide supporting documents to key counterparts e.g. tax invoice to Logistics, Stock coverage and ODN – Order delivery number report etc.
  • Support Commercial project – Btq closure/Opening, stock take preparation


HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Related work/internship experience in sales and operations, supply chain or related functions in retail industry, luxury field is a plus
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills, excel, Power BI and project management
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, positive attitude, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Good communication and collaboration with cross-function
