Retail Partnership Manager (Contract)

The Retail Partnership Manager will assist in the business development of wholesale network through daily commercial activities, cultivating effective business relationship, network performance analysis and markets intelligence. Overseeing all aspects of client policies, objectives and projects. Acts as interface with all connected departments to guarantee clients’ satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial Performance
- Formulates and define sales strategies, analyzing trends and performances
- Forecasting and setting monthly/ annual sell-in and sell-out
- Achieves sales and sell-out objectives including in-store and event opportunities
- In charge of all weekly, monthly, yearly internal reports & comments to share with Commercial team
- Regular checks to ensure partners daily and monthly reports & sellout are timely declared
- Regularly prepare & update presentations for management market visits and/or business reviews
- Stay updated with latest news, monitor and keeping track of competition activities.
Retail Partners’ Network Dynamics
- Share Maison vision and strategy with external sales team & ambassadors, and ensure its implementation across the whole network
- Participate actively and monitoring the progress of commercial action plans
- Develop & implement local commercial actions to improve performances of all partners (auto-replenishment/assortment, incentive schemes)
- Build sustainable and mutually engaging relationships with partners and POS, conducting regular effective sales visits
- Negotiation of commercial developments with partners (openings, closures, renovations and digital presence)
- Collaborate transversally with Operations team to ensure accurate allocation and implementation stock with timely deliveries
- Manage in a timely manner all product inquiries, customer firm orders and lead time
Projects Management
- In charge of all strategic projects roll out and implementation
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Minimum 5 years of successful experience in commercial functions, financial, operations, a market or field experience from retail (luxury retail is a plus)
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Result oriented, possessing project management skills, together with an agile mindset
- Self-starter with a proactive approach
- Strong analytical and organization skills
- Good convincing and relationship-building skills, the ability to federate a group of people on a project
- Good MS offices & SAP knowledge is a plus
