Learning & Development Manager

MAIN PURPOSE
The Learning & Development Manager will lead the Training and Coaching programs to elevate the knowledge, behaviors, skillsets, and capability of both office and boutique team members to ultimately elevate overall client experience for Cartier Thailand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement leaning and development strategies by carrying out capability and learning needs assessments in line with the local business strategy
- Build annual learning plans that answer the local market’s annual objectives and vision for both office and retail population.
- Design, develop, and deliver local learning solutions and experiential workshops to improve the overall client experience
- Monitor and measure how effective learning has been transferred to employees
- Discover new training and psychometric tools and methodologies that will create an impact on people to support their development
- Collaborate with diverse key stakeholders to advise and support their training activations
- Create individual personalized career development plans based on assigned annual objectives
- Coach team members to enhance their skillset and ultimately achieve their priorities
- Oversee and track budgets to ensure actual spending is aligned with L&D year plan and alert if any deviation is deemed necessary, negotiate contracts, build and maintain relationships with third-party training providers
- Supervise Assistant L&D Manager, Sales Coach, for day-to-day operations
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience with a focus in the retail or service industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or any other relevant discipline
- Proficient in MS Offices
- Excellent communication in English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Strong people and leadership skills – coaching and facilitation techniques
- Strong strategic project thinking and project management skills
