MAIN PURPOSE

Under the guidance and support from High Jewellery Business Development Manager, this is a great opportunity for anyone who passionate about Watches and Jewellery Luxury retail, client treatment, through the implementation of High Jewellery retail strategy of the Maison.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

High-end Strategy & Commercial Performance (20%)

  • Collaborate with cross functions to drive and support team performance to achieve HE sales targets

High-end Merchandising (50%)

  • Follow up request/return and stock delivery with boutique & Regional team
  • Collaborate with Regional teams for any product information, feasibility of product availability to support recurring/event in order to meet the demand for commercial purpose
  • Ensure relevant and healthy high-end stock in the boutiques and logistics of items sold during event

Business & Clients Development (30%)

Provide full support on local and oversea event; ensure a unique and exceptional client experience during a sale, in and outside of the boutique and during specific events with HE Sales team

 

KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Luxury Fashion Management or similar
  • Has 2-3 years of working experiences or used to have internship experience in related field is a plus
  • Self-motivated, observance, goal-orient & think outside the box
  • Strong skills in MS Offices
  • High attention to details
  • Effectively communication in both Thai and English
  • High level of team spirit and can-do attitude
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Passion in luxury retail
