As an Ambassador of the Maison, he/she efficiently assists the Boutique Manager to develop and optimize the boutique performance and profitability by managing the boutique team, ensuring excellence in boutique operations and client service.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Boutique Performance & Sales Achievement

  • Assist Boutique Manager  to make a diagnosis based on a solid performance analysis, review of competencies and environment to define action plans to achieve brand, boutique and category sales targets
  • Assist Boutique Manager to monitors boutique KPIs and support the implementation and monitoring of the action plans
  • Assist Boutique Manager to optimize boutique performance and profitability, notably through the breakdown of all boutique targets into monthly, daily and individual targets

 

Team Management & People Development

  • Is responsible for of the integration and training of new comers
  • Ensure the day-to-day management, training, coaching and motivation of the boutique team
  • Under the supervision of the Boutique Manager, monitor individual’s KPIs, evaluate the individual performance and support personal development and talent development
  • Ensure the day-to-day management of the After Sales team

 

Client Relationship & Portfolio Development

  • Assist the Boutique Manager to ensure a unique and high professional client service within the boutique
  • Assist the Boutique Manager to implement and monitor the ROI on CRM programs and actions
  • Act as an Ambassador of the Maison and supports the Boutique Manager to build direct contact with VIPs

 

Boutique Operations & Administration

  • Oversee the back office and administration of the boutique
  • Ensure the execution and delivery in time of all boutique reports
  • Oversee the boutique expenses
  • Ensure the understanding and enhancement of boutique policies, procedures and guidelines including all compliances within the boutique

 

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (any field) with at least 3 years of experience in Retail Management related roles
  • Knowledge of Store operations management
  • Experience in Luxury Retail is a strong advantage
  • Passion for luxury watch and jewellery
  • Good analytical skills and strive for excellence and eye for details
  • Able to understand and synthesize business and market intelligence
  • Fluent in English and Thai, Mandarin a plus
  • Ability to work at the boutique and retail hours
