MAIN PURPOSE
Cartier Ambassador will represent Cartier in all virtual channel contacts with clients. With excellent communications skills, Cartier Ambassador is able to accommodate all general inquiries including sales and after-sales service, with focus on but not limit to, LINE application according to Cartier standards and will represent the brand’s identity and vision at all times.
The ambassador is the point of contact for distance sales clients. He/she must be considered as a brand ambassador and “online sales representatives” in a demanding client environment.
 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

LINE and client inquiries
• Handle inbound and outbound contacts at highest standard via Cartier LINE official account, phone, e-mail and other social application
• Collaborate with boutique and service support team to fulfil general inquiries and ensure highest level of client satisfaction
• Deliver product and service information; price inquiry, stock availability, repair status etc.
• Accurately process data/information under privacy policy in appropriate resources and systems such as SAP, DARE etc.
• Collect valuable feedback from clients and redirect to Client Relation Centre or relevant persons
• Accurately record and produce report summary of client inquiries and actions taken in database

 

Distance sales
• Perform distance sales and delivery
• Book an appointment with SA and collaborate with boutique to support sales transaction
• Generate report on daily, weekly and monthly basis

 

Others
• Follow company policies and procedures as outlined and represent Cartier in a professional image
• Manage administration, communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Other duties as assigned


PROFILE
• Experience in retail sales or customer service in the luxury /high-end goods domain, or
• Experience in contact center/e-com related activities
• Customer service oriented and sales oriented. Conscientious, patient, flexible, polite, exquisite, keen to learn, team player and good multi-tasking skills
• Skilled in speaking/writing expression and communication
• Fluent in English and Thai
• LINE application, Excel literate, SAP experience is a plus
