HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Safeguard the financial objective through both P&L and cashflow of the Maison by maintaining the independent view of Finance in business decisions:
- Key conductor of budgeting and rolling forecast processes of Cartier, key contact between Singapore region office and Thailand market, to drive financial planning and monitoring of targets and KPIs through P&L and cashflow
- Strengthen financial discipline within the Maisons teams, ensure quality of the financial forecasts and compliance of corporate finance policies
- Secure Maison compliance in every business touchpoint of Cartier at the local level referring to the Group and Maison policies and procedures
- Monitor business and cost trends across markets, analyse financial impacts of budget/ forecast deviations, and recommend corrective measures
- Drive insightful analysis and financial visibility to enable strategic and operational decisions (e.g., investment decisions such as CAPEX and Marketing & Communication expenditures / optimizing fixed cost base).
- Support APAC FP&A initiatives by bringing functional efficiency and elevating the quality of reporting and financial monitoring
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Master's degree or degree educated in business administration, Accounting, or Finance
- CPA preferred / knowledge in local tax regulation is plus
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Controlling/FP&A
- Experience in senior single contributor role
- Work experience in matrix organization is highly valued; experience in retail/FMCG industry is an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both local and English
- Experience with SAP and Anaplan is a plus
- Good understanding and experience in BI applications (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud) are strong assets for the role
