The purpose of this position is to be the key Boutique representative to deal with external contact persons as well as to be responsible for back of house tasks which are all administrative support, and to ensure that the daily management of boutique operations, store supplies or other related assigned tasks run smoothly.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ADMINISTRATIVE & OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

  • Perform administrative tasks and consolidate report for boutique related data and submit report to Headquater
  • Coordinate with landlord for any required processes related to mall requirements
  • Be responsible to manage consigned products for eligible boutique staffs, press shootings, etc
  • Be a key contact person with Maintenance vendor and Landlord for any maintenance related works

 

STORE & SUPPLIES STOCK CONTROL

  • Monitor and order any boutique store supplies such as stationary, cleaning supplies, beverage and snacks stock for clients, etc
  • Monitor and forecast sales accessories for boutique consumption and keep track of replenishment

 

OTHER BOUTIQUE SUPPORTS

  • eCommerce 
    1. Work with eCommerce team for any operational support for any related for any related transactions
    2. Provide information to the eCommerce Customer Service team
  • Support Stock team to keep track of CRM gift – monitor stock and collaborate with CRM team for any orders needed
  • Be a secondary contact person with Sales & Operation team for any stock and return shipment

 

KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any field)
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in retail (luxury retail is preferred), hospitality or related industries
  • High levels of computer literacy – MS Offices
  • Have experience in administrative work and report tracking with a strong organizational skill
  • Good command in Thai and English
  • Pleasant and dynamic personality with a can-do attitude
  • Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure and deadlines
  • Good team player
