As an Ambassador of the Maison, you are responsible for welcoming clients, managing waiting time, and ensuring that they are being taken care of in the most efficient manner. You will also assist the Sales Associates during a sale if required.



Queue management

• Client Welcoming & Waiting Time Management

• Act as the liaison between clients and boutique team by taking down client details whenever possible to identify client’s needs

• Manage appointments and waiting time and ensure that the first available Sales Associate is taking care of the client(s)

• Ensure an exceptional client experience at the entrance of the boutique until client’s departure

• Seat client(s) when possible and offer drinks, reading, etc. to ensure each client will have an exceptional experience


Daily Boutique Operations

• Respect all brand and boutique policies & procedures

• Support the set up and breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique

• Ensure that the boutique, windows, counters, etc., are in a perfect condition




• Bachelor Degree in any related field

• At least 1-year experience in retails, service industry, hospitality or tourism

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent customer service with a client centric mindset

• Ability to handle with in front complex situation or problem and quickly resolve with a professional manner
