Under the management of the Marketing Manager, you are responsible for leading the development and implementation of local marketing strategy to maximize sales, initiate image and visibility of the watches category. 

 

How will you make an impact?

 

As Product Manager, you will participate in the development of the watches business over the zone, in line with the strategy of the Maison. This will include:

 

Definition and implementation of the local action plan:

  • Participate in the definition and implementation of the yearly strategic plan, organize brainstormings on key projects, follow-up, support and adjust the implementation of this action plan throughout the year
  • Monitor KPIs of strategic projects in both networks (Retail and Specialists)

 

Strategic launches: 

  • Establish sales forecasts and build a 360 action plan in collaboration with the rest of the team (commercial teams, communication, client, merchandising)
  • Be the leader of this launch and responsible for implementing the action plan and create synthetic 360 reports to communicate efficiently internally and with central teams

 

Business monitoring:

  • Conduct monthly, quarterly and yearly sales analysis on your category and create and update reports / dashboards to present these analysis

 

Training creation & competition research:

  • Develop and share ad hoc product related training documents following the yearly program
  • Collect, compile and organize information about major competitors

 

Life cycle product management :

  • Provide a deep analysis and proactive decisions concerning the launch, the evolution and the phase out of every reference
  • Be responsible for the creation and update of marketing tools (for example: update launch calendar, product news, mappings, price lists)
  • Ensure the availability and visibility of products (events, windows, shootings etc…) and collaborate with merchandising, communication, PR and VM teams

 

Product expertise:

You are a strong and key expert of your category and master the market to efficiently support teams and drive business.

 

How will you experience success with us ?

 

2/3 years of experience in Luxury marketing, preferably in jewellery or watchmaking

Strong affinity with hard luxury products and strategies

Strong analytical and strategic skills

Detail oriented and precise

Ability to manage plan and manage projects

Mastery of Excel, Excel analysis and Powerpoint; SAP and Power BI would be a plus

Fluency in English (mandatory)
