MAIN PURPOSE

 

As part of the High End Team for Cartier Benelux & Nordics, the High End Coordinator will report to the High End Manager and will support the team in strengthening the High End category within the zone through various responsibilities. The length of this V.I.E assignment is 12 months and ideally starts in September 2024, the position is based in Amsterdam.

 

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? 

 

 

  • Act as a key liaison between the High End Manager and various stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and execution of high-end projects and initiatives.

  • Support the High End Manager in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance brand positioning in the Benelux and Nordics regions.

  • Coordinate stock management and merchandising efforts by liaising with stakeholders, overseeing merchandising activities, and ensuring consistent brand representation.

  • Collaborate with the Operations team to optimize stock levels, conduct stock audits, analyze data, and propose strategies to improve stock turnover.

  • Assist in organizing and overseeing high-end events, client meetings, and VIP experiences to strengthen customer relationships and promote brand loyalty.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the luxury sector, providing valuable insights to inform decision-making.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Retail Operations, to support high-end product launches, marketing campaigns, and sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases related to high-end clientele, sales performance, and competitor activities.

  • Creation of ad-hoc presentations and communication to stakeholders ensuring High End visibility in the region with newsletters among other communications tools.

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury industry, previous experience in high-end retail or luxury brand management is valued.
  • Proven expertise in merchandising principles, including visual storytelling, product presentation, and space utilization to drive sales. As well as familiarity with inventory management systems and processes, with a focus on optimizing stock levels.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret stock data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance stock performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface with clients, colleagues, and senior management.
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM software.
  • SAP and Power BI are valued.

Subsequently, you will be meeting with International Talent Acquisition team to dive deeper and assess your fit to this role

Finally, you will be able to meet with the local Hiring Team (Local HR and Hiring Manager).
