V.I.E - CRM Coordinator - Munich

MAIN PURPOSE

As part of the Northern Europe team in the role of V.I.E - CRM Coordinator - Munich, you will join a newly created Client Activation & Lead department who is looking for a new talent! Acting as a support and attached to the Client Activation & Lead Manager, you have a strong business acumen, an analytical mindset and a strong client-centric approach. The length of this V.I.E assignment is 12 months and ideally starts in February - March 2022, the position is based in Munich, Germany.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• CLIENT KNOWLEDGE

• Client analysis & client profiling: in the newly created department, design and update reports on client behaviours and profile and share insights with business teams

• Answer to ad hoc requests to provide insights that is not available in existing automated dashboards; this involves manually extracting, sorting, merging, aggregating and filtering datasets

• CLIENT DATA MANAGEMENT

• Support the manager into the implementation of the client data management (capture and quality)

• CLIENT SEGMENTATION & ACTIVATION 

• Work hand in hand with the Manager to follow the performance on strategic segments and draft some business recommendations 

• LEAD GENERATION 

• Support the manager in the implementation of the local Lead / Reactivation strategy in order to identify and qualify new leads

As a V.I.E - CRM Coordinator in Munich, you will have a great opportunity to be an essential contributor in a dynamic team, working for the success of a first-class Luxury Maison under strong business acceleration and transformation.

• Master’s degree in the field of business management / Analytics 

• Ideally an experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud

• Analytical skills and excellent know-how of MS Office and business intelligence tools. You are comfortable with leveraging data visualization tools in your decisions process, knowledge of PowerBI / Looker is a strong plus

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with people at all levels of the organisation, with a positive “can do attitude” and open-minded mindset

• Client-centric mindset

• First professional experience in fashion or luxury retailers as a plus

• Curiosity and adaptability 

• Good knowledge of English and ideally German, French is a plus

• Firstly, you will be engaging with an online video interview of 15min for us to assess your understanding of the position, and motivations;

• Subsequently, you will be meeting with International Talent Acquisition team to dive deeper and assess your fit to this role;

• Finally, you will be able to meet with the local Hiring Team (Local HR and Hiring Manager).
