As Store Design and Planning Project Manager you will be responsible for the build out and the maintenance of our boutiques, Retail partners and perfume network in the Benelux and Nordics (Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden, Denmark, Norway & Finland). You will work with our boutiques, our internal design team and contractors from the feasibility study phase to the final construction. 

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

  • Coordinate all architectural and construction activities related to the renovation and creation of a new boutique.
  • Work with the local teams and our international Store Design Planning (SDP) to develop feasibility studies, evaluation of potential locations.
  • Review all construction cost estimates with local SDP management and work closely with cost control manager to ensure all construction and renovation budgets are up to date
  • Coordination of all the phases (schematic, design development, execution and tender) together with the related stakeholders such as architects, designers, consultants.
  • Lead the tender phase with the architect and or consultants.
  • Responsible for the costs tracking, for the turnover to retail and follow up and completion of all items on the punch list.
  • Responsible of the good maintenance of our boutiques and providing a safe environment in coordination with boutiques, contractors and facilities team.
  • Responsible in creating a yearly plan of maintenance in boutiques, vendor selection and good execution of plan.

 

 HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

 

  • Degree in construction engineering, architecture, interior architecture or other construction related field
  • Previous experience in retail construction or high-end construction
  • Flexible, good communicant, ‘’hands-on’’ spirit and organized mindset
  • Able to prioritize and deal with multi-tasking with multiple departments
  • Familiar with Autocad, sketch’up and photo editing software
  • Able to travel within the EU and Nordics (up to 30% by peaks)
  • Fluency in English
