Cartier Benelux & Nordics is recruiting a Stock Administrators to join our Boutiques in Luxembourg.

 

As a Cartier Stock administrator, you are responsible for the application of all stock procedures and ensuring the daily management of the boutique stock. You are also involved in several other tasks and assist with special projects if needed.

 

How will you make an impact?

Daily Stock Management:

 

  • Control and manage the quality of all stock movements (reception and departure)
  • Responsible for client reservations
  • Manage consignments
  • Price labeling and price changes
  • In charge of the inventories periodically

 

Daily Boutique Operations:

 

  • Understand and comply with Cartier security and operational procedures and policies
  • Participate actively in the inventories, and to the daily opening and closing of the boutique
  • Assist special projects when needed
  • Develop deep understanding and knowledge of brand and products to convey Cartier heritage and values
  • Contribute to a positive and productive boutique environment by leveraging both personal and team savoir-faire to create a collaborative network

 

How will you experience success with us?

min. 2-3 years successful working experience in a stock administrative role in the Luxury Retail Industry

Self-Starter with Team-Player approach

Strong service orientation

Excellent computer skills – Proficiency in Outlook, Excel is required, previous SAP experience preferred.

Excellent organizational & administrative skills

Accurate, precise, and analytical
