As a Learning and Development Manager you will be responsible for the development of the Relations Center team through effective management of onboarding and training operations, creating innovative and cutting-edge L&D initiatives in line with Cartier standards. You lead the learning for the CRC based on CRC requirements with a special focus on Omni channel environment collaborating across all Markets and International Central team


  • You will assess and analyze the training and development needs to identify where training or other learning programs can help the Cartier Relations Center team to deliver a better service and experience. You will be responsible to build and implement the training plan for all CRC employee.
  • You have the spirit to be creative, you will design and create effective program with L&D Benelux & Nordics team to deliver appropriated collective and individual development solution.
  • You are a key contact within the CRC team, you will manage organization and logistics of training sessions in collaboration with the L&D Benelux & Nordics team. You act as an Ambassador, you embody, promote and deploy the L&D action plan.
  • You create follow-up tools to ensure that all information is properly assimilated and used. It also helps you to measure results of each training session to improve L&D activity.



  • You have a relevant experience in Learning and Development field, in coaching, training within an international environment. Experience in Luxury industry is a plus.
  • You have demonstrated a leadership experience through in Project Management/Consulting/Coaching.  
  • You possess excellent organizational skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • You can federate and motivate teams, with strong listening skills.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, easy to connect and to work with others department.
  • You are dynamic, like to animate session and trainings, enthusiastic and a “can-do” approach.
  • You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.
