High-End Intern

The Intern will support the High-End manager of Benelux & Nordics for 6 months on a full time basis in the following activities:


Coordination of product requests & stock

  • Deliver qualitative product information under the request of sales team
  • Follow-up of daily operations for product transfers with local and regional teams
  • Organize stock rotation according to pre-agreed calendar animations & sales performances
  • Ensure certificate & red box delivery together with the pieces by liaising with EMEA region


Creation of ad-hoc presentations for communication to stakeholders

  • Construction and updates of catalogues, mappings, price lists and materials for Cartier boutiques & Cartier partners
  • Support in building product trainings for boutique staff in collaboration with Learning & Development department
  • Work closely with visual Merchandising to optimize the visibility of creations in boutiques and POS


High-End Performance Follow-up

  • Perform Weekly and Monthly quantitative reports
  • Punctual analysis on High-End sales / stock
  • Follow-up of budget and ROI analysis


Collaborate in the organization of HE events

  • Creation & update of event calendar with commercial and cultural instances
  • Coordinate training documents and event information to staff
  • Creation & follow-up of retro-planning of activities for client experiences & event organizations in collaboration with Events department


Competition follow-up

  • Competition news (product launches, network updates, events)
  • Competition best-practices
  • Mystery shopping
  • Jewellery Auctions follow-up: latest news, upcoming auctions & review


Job Requirements:

  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-through on all tasks and admin duties
  • Customer oriented
  • Excellent command of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • SAP and BI is a plus
  • Good interpersonal skills, discretion and sense of confidentiality
  • Good communication and collaboration with cross-functions
  • Responsiveness and sense of responsibility
  • Experience in Luxury businesses (CRM, Retail, Operational Marketing, business development, VIP client development) is a plus
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
