You will join the Commercial department of Cartier Benelux & Nordics and report directly to the High-End & Commercial Performance Manager. You will closely work with cross-functional teams to build, deliver and analyze the performance of Cartier in the Benelux & Nordics region and support business decisions on a general level.




        I. Global Strategic Performance Analysis

  • Build and deliver strategic analysis on sell-through per retailer, market, region, and network (wholesale, retail) to support the commercial strategy process
  • Analyze trends, drive insights, and identify growth opportunities to support the management decision making process
  • Manage all sales related reports (Weekly Estimate / Monthly Results / Executive summary / Ad-hoc requests)
  • Coordinate with boutique management on analysis & insight sharing
     II. Business Support & Performance
  • Work closely with key stakeholders (management / product / client / network/ e-commerce) to gather information needs, reporting requirements and KPIs, and ensure and implement the delivering of the outcome
  • Support Management team with preparations for the Business Reviews
  • Participate to and provide relevant data for the yearly strategic plan
    III. Business Intelligence
  • Develop, implement, and maintain leading-edge analytic solutions
  • Answer key questions from stakeholders and provide proactive data insight related to business performance including suggestions for improvement regarding efficiency and productivity
  • Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources
    Position based in Amsterdam.
    Your Profile:
  • A Master's degree in business economics, econometrics or similar.
  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Finance in the Luxury, Fashion or FMCG industries.
  • You are very well organized, have a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills and know how to communicate professionally.
  • You are result-oriented and have the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • You are used to work in a complex and international environment and curiosity and flexibility are part of your DNA.
  • Strong Excel skills are mandatory, and you are willing to learn other analytic tools. Knowledge and experience with SAP is a plus.
