Commercial Coordination Internship

Duration: 6 months  
Starting date: July 2024 

Students have to be enrolled in a university for the entire duration of the internship.

We are looking for our Commercial Coordination Intern, starting in July 2024, who will report to the Commercial Director and be part of Cartier Benelux and Nordics team. In this unique role you can truly make a difference by supporting our Commercial teams to stay connected and operate efficiently in this fast-paced environment.

Missions :

• Coordination of contents and promotion of the internal communication tool
• Organization of the yearly Retail meeting: from location to content and logistics, act as a key contact with all the departments
• Support account managers to organize the yearly meeting with our Retail Partners in september
• Follow up and communication to area managers and commercial teams on expenses follow-up (T&E, Temps)
• Support on Commercial Director presentations and process follow up
• Optimization of the Commercial team’s agendas and be responsible of the coordination of their weekly/monthly meetings (location, minutes, catering..) 
• Coordination of Commercial teams working at boutiques

• First experience in a fast-paced and demanding environment – luxury ideally

• Good stress management
• Fluent in English
• Excellent PowerPoint skills

This is a paid internship (including commuting allowance).
