How will you succeed?  
Drawing from your rich experience (about 8 years minimum) in eCommerce, you are familiar with the online landscape, SEO, Email marketing, Social Media and hands-on Digital Analytics (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics Premium, Webtrends and similar). 
With your strong English communication skills, you are a natural relationship-builder, who can inspire their international team and has a keen people-focus. You also have a strong yet diplomatic stakeholder management approach, with a progressive and inclusive strategy, marketing ideas and best practices. 

 

Core Responsibilities:

You establish and implement the eCommerce Europe strategy while optimizing and supporting eCommerce performance and making sure your excellent team feels inspired and keep growing & learning. 

This is a highly collaborative role, as you will have to form strong business relationships with our Client Relations Centre, Cartier International eCommerce, and Marketing Client teams and the Cartier HQ. In successful collaboration you will be able to support the European markets in their eCommerce development performance, to propel the brand further.

PROCESS
1.    If your application is selected we will reach out to you within 2 weeks an informal introductory call
2.    The next step from there would be a personal meeting with our Networks & Omni Channel Director and HR Business Partner for Cartier
3.    After passing, you will be asked to complete an assessment
4.    The final step will be the personal meeting with our Regional Director for Europe
