RLG Europe B.V., Amsterdam, is home to Richemont regional functions and 8 Richemont brands (including Cartier) that work to support retail and wholesale, marketing and communication for the BeNeLux and Nordics region. The offices also provide a platform for European E-commerce and a Customer Relations Center.

In this regional context, Cartier is searching for a CRM Insights Specialist for the Benelux & Nordics market. Countries in your scope would be : Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden, Denmark, Norway & Finland. You would be in charge of defining, providing and analyzing Clients & CRM insights, a strategic thinking and technical role.

  • Define, analyze and share relevant client insights, such as but non exhaustive : collection profiling, clients profiling, retention path, regional mapping …
  • Assessment of the EU CRM segmentation performance (+10 segments), per country and per campaign, aiming at providing concrete recommendations for campaigns & segments performances improvements
  • Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams in order to deliver client insights regarding local & international transversal projects, such as product launches, boutique opening, country action plan, …
  • Lead external studies such as brand temperature check/ image barometer and turn results into action plans
  • E-commerce performance : deep dive in our 5 websites KPIS (traffic/conversion/ sales/ product etc..) to increase our knowledge and adapt our online strategy




  • Bachelor / Master degree in Marketing, Communications, Econom(etr)ics and / or Business Administration
  • Past experience in the field of Clients insights & Data analysis
  • Excellent analytical skills & data orientation
  • Good feel for systems & tools; advanced Excel skills, Looker knowledge is a plus!
  • Organized, autonomous and results driven
  • Multitasking ability & flexible mindset
  • Pro active & responsible
  • Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing (Dutch, French, Swedish or Danish is a plus)
