Cartier is looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager for the Benelux & Nordics market and more specifically dedicated to the Nordics and Luxembourg.

As an Area Sales Manager specialist you actively participate to the definition of the commercial strategy within the network and ensure an efficient implementation. You will directly report to the Commercial Director and you will lead strategic business development for all the commercial touchpoints (boutiques, watch specialists, e-partnerships), managing and developing three Boutique Directors and one Account Manager and always acting as an Ambassador of the Maison.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • Defining ambitious sales plans and drive commercial initiatives
  • Maximizing business opportunities with the objective of creating synergies between commercial touch points and countries
  • Partnering with other departments to develop High End business, CRM and Clienteling actions, always guaranteeing high level of client experience and treatment
  • Leveraging corporate teams’ assets on Marketing, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising projects
  • Leading and co-supervise Store Design transformation projects
  • Ensuring application of operational procedures and policies in line with business compliance guidelines
  • Ensuring transversal operations projects deployment (Boutique Flow, Continuous improvement, Client Barometer, etc) in partnership with the Commercial team
  • Focusing on both zoning and back-office operational efficiency to realign with evolving client requirements
  • Defining and aligning the utilization of Sales Force platform to significantly enhance the impact of Local client profiling and targeting
  • Leading organization changes within the boutique, redefining roles and responsibilities, monitoring individual and collective performance through the HR cycles
  • Providing leadership to engage and energize a team of 40 people to achieve key performance objectives through teamwork and streamlined processes
  • Being a Brand ambassador and represent the Maison among Luxury circles in the local markets
  • Developing ideas for communications and public relations programs to elevate the Maison desirability, creating a consistent brand message across all commercial channels

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Business Administration
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a commercial role

  • Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing
