JOB TITLE: Buccellati Marketing and Communication Executive
REPORTING TO: Managing Director
MAIN PURPOSE:
The main purpose of the position is to make sure that the marketing and communication initiatives are in active status and brand awareness is continuing to be strengthened in the market. He/she will support Managing Director in making decisions by leading communications among various entities and providing adequate information. The operational tasks in carrying out both daily tasks and specific projects have to be smoothly executed with stability. As the position is one person team, He/she is expected to have wider vision and handle overall processes in Marketing and Communication field.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage PR agencies and maximize performance
- Magazine editorials
- Propose / organize suitable products for magazines shootings
- Overlook logistics and ensure the safe execution
- Lead communication among BTQ, Courier, Guards for product transfer
- Develop / distribute PR captions
- Participate in various meetings and prepare/follow up any requests
- Support MD for event planning and management (High Jewelry show, VIP events, other ad-hoc events, etc.)
- Support MD in managing A&P budget with proceeding payment processes to various vendors and tracking the spending
- PR look-book and press material update / distribute
- Newness product material translation/distribution
- Manage OOH/DPS creative process and execute
- Send monthly coverage clippings to HQ
- Utilize SAP (PO creation, vendor creation, etc.) and follow up with payments, register new vendors, etc. in timely manner
- Customs clearance coordination with RIC Logistics
- Execute importation for specific categories (Food-contact, chemical, etc.) to be used in marketing purposes
- Maintain cooperative relations with internal/external counterparts
- Follow up with any administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury marketing
- Sufficient English is a must
- Strong numerical / system works (sufficient skills with MS Office tools, SAP, etc.)
