For our HQ offices in Milan, we are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, dynamic people to join our IT Team as SAP 4/HANA Service Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of IT Service delivery and compliance with KPIs and SLAs;
- Supervision of the activities carried out by the Service Team;
- Analysis of any application/infrastructure issues and identification of root causes
- Analysis of new needs expressed by the Business and verification of priorities, necessary interventions and impacts
- Development of Problem resolution plans and Improvement activities;
- Development of Change and Project release plans;
- Preparation and presentation of documentation for periodic Service SALs.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework
Job profile:
- The candidate is expected to have at least 2/3 years of previous working experience gained within the SAP
- Technical and advanced knowledge in S/4 HANA;
- A university degree in areas including Information, Engineering, Business or other related fields;
- Excellent communication and client handling skills;
- Fluency in Italian and English;
- Flexible and patient, with a strong propensity towards teamworking;
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude;
- Strong ability to establish and maintain a cooperative network with international teams;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- A brilliant academic career as well as previous experience in international IT consultancy environment would complete the ideal profile.
