Buccellati is an Italian jewellery, high-jewellery and silversmithing Maison founded in 1919, admired in the world for its craftmanship and the uniqueness of its creations. La risorsa, inserita all'interno della divisione Logistica della Maison Buccellati si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

 

  • Presa in carico della merce in arrivo dalla produzione e da fornitori esterni;
  • Prelievo e allocazione fisica degli oggetti;
  • Movimentazione della merce a sistema, ricercando e intervenendo su eventuali discrepanze di consegna e fatturazione;
  • Gestione autonoma delle formalità burocratiche di competenza del reparto;
  • Supporto nelle attività inventariali e ricerche fisiche dei prodotti mancanti;
  • Individuazione e implementazione di possibili migliorie di processo;
  • Interfaccia con il team commerciale e comunicazione per la gestione di clienti, eventi, e shooting fotografici;
  • Supporto in qualsiasi attività assegnata ad hoc.

 

 

PROFILO:

  • Diploma di Ragioneria o Laurea specialistica (o equivalente) inerente al settore logistico
  • Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in una posizione simile
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel, PPT, Word...) e di SAP S/4HANA;
  • Conoscenza fluente dell'italiano e dell'inglese (scritto e parlato)
  • Mentalità orientata al miglioramento costante, capacità di stabilire priorità, e di rispettare le scadenze;
  • Atteggiamento positivo e proattivo.
