How will you make an impact?
- Offer a warm, sincere and personalized welcome to the clients
- Booking private appointments for VIP clients, according to their availability and their preferred sales person
- Organization of private lunches, events for VIP clients, ensuring a constant alignment with the Buccellati standards and contributing to deliver a memorable experience
- Coordination with other Buccellati boutiques around the world in regards to booking and using the Piano Nobile spaces, located in Buccellati Boutique Montenapoleone Milan
- Story telling about the Piano Nobile (i.e. ability to organize visits and guide those visits)
- Follow the budget / costs of operating the Piano Nobile
- Support the administrative part of the management of Piano Nobile
- Coordination of the yearly / quarterly / monthly plan
How will you experience success with us?
- Robust customer facing experience in a luxury environment, retail or hotellerie
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and reprioritize according to the changing clients and business needs
- Proficiency in English and Italian, another language will be considered a plus
