Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Admin for Retail and Wholesale
  • Assist processing from order creation to merchandise reception, with good knowledge of SAP.
  • Processing and checking invoices.
  • Liaise closely with HQ customer service, local import/export logistic team, as well as 3PL warehouse, in case of import document deficiency, discrepancy, etc.
  • Prepare merchandise reception; check product master data (price, local codification, composition, COO, etc.) and arrange laundry labels and caution tags for relevant categories, in liaise with support function teams, i.e. IT and Logistic, and HQ master data team.
  • Deal with daily communication with boutiques on product requests.
  • Managing VM tools or other non-commercial items, such as samples.
  • Analyze each category sales, local market trend and needs and competitors, to create comprehensible reports in supporting strategic buying.
  • Initial allocation and replenishment; timely placement of the right products to the right boutique and maintain appropriate stock level.
  • Allocate wholesale orders in a timely manner with an understanding of each client payment term and conditions.
  1. Family sale
  • Pull and push stock with effective pricing based on HQ strategy.
  • Be the main contact for third-party partners for both online and offline sales, ensuring smooth and most efficient operations.
  • Report HQ the result for each sale including KPIs.
  1. General Admin
  • Create Purchase Orders and process invoices in SAP.
  • Collaborating with internal partners on various projects, maintaining project timelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and provide assistant to the brand and boutiques.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3+ years Retail Admin experience in apparel/ luxury industry
  • PC (Excel - advanced)
  • Intermediate- Business level of English, mainly written.
