ALAÏA Retail Performance & Operation manager
As Retail Performance & Operation Manager, you will support the retail management of Maison Alaïa as well as the boutiques by monitoring their performance and steering the day-to-day operations of the boutiques.
As such, your main responsibilities are as follows:
Performance of the retail network
- Steering the monthly sales target process and participating in the budget process
- Analysis of the network performance: reports and analysis of KPI's per store, in conjunction with the retail director
- Analysis of individual performance, monitoring of variable compensation
- Preparation of business reviews and other retail analysis documents
- Animation of the action plans of the stores and measurement of the performance of each store in collaboration with the store manager
- Implementation of activities and incentives in line with the retail performance improvement priorities and the company's product focus
Operations
- Manage the retail excellence program within the network
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the stores, in collaboration with general services (maintenance, security, IT)
- Monitoring of operational budgets (supplies, uniforms, T&E) in collaboration with management control and store managers
- Finalization of the global retail procedure book
- Implementation of standard processes for store openings
Profile
- Bachelors degree
- Business Level English
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in the luxury sector
- Autonomous, versatile, proactive, organized and with a sense of challenge !
- Good communication, synthesis and analytical skills
- Perfect command of Excel and Powerpoint
