Job Title: Alaia Administrator

Place: Tokyo

 

Key Responsibilities:
1.Retail Admin    
- Deal with daily communication with boutiques
- Monitor KPIs and propose actions for improvement
- Provide assistant to the brand and boutiques
- Preparation and organization of retail meetings as requested  
- Order and delivery follow up for customer catalogues, gift etc.
- Processing and checking invoices
- Managing VM tools/ Store Maintenance

 

2.MD Coordinator
- Analyze each category sales, local market trend and needs and competitors, to create comprehensible reports in supporting strategic buying. 
- Initial allocation and replenishment; timely placement of the right products to the right boutique, and maintain appropriate stock level.
- Control clearance sale, such as in-store markdown, family sale; stock pull and push with effective pricing based on HQ strategy.
- Prepare merchandise reception; check product master data (price, local codification, composition, COO, etc.) and arrange laundry labels and caution tags for relevant categories, in liaise with support function teams, i.e. IT and Logistic.
- Organizing Product training/QC report

 

3.CRM
- Conducting CRM data analysis and reporting monthly
- Researching competitive activity in social marketing
- Assisting with program implementation
- Collaborating with internal partners on various projects
- Maintaining project timelines
- Performing other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications and Experience:
- 3+ years Retail Admin experience in apparel/ luxury industry
- PC (Excel - advanced)
- Intermediate- Business level of English
